What a day! Food drive, pictures, first game... Our Sharks are worn out!

Schedule:
All games arrive 45 minutes early.

Sept. 1st - at Prairie High School - 10 AM
Sept. 8th - at Prairie High School - 4 PM
Sept. 15th - Bye week - no game
Sept. 22nd - at Prairie High School - 10 AM
Sept. 29th - at Kalama High School - 2 PM
Oct. 6th - at Ridgefield High School - 10 AM
Oct. 13th - at Prairie High School - 10 AM
Oct. 20th - TBD
Oct. 27th - TBD (if qualify for playoffs)
Nov. 3rd - Championship game (TBD)

Cookie Dough:
Delivered to practice (last 30 minutes of practice) on Sept. 4th!!!  Please have someone at practice that evening to pick up your dough!  I will bring any remaining dough to practice on the 5th.

T-Shirts/Sweatshirts:
Interested in ordering Shark apparel?  Orders & money are due Sept. 1st (at the game).  Orders will take a little over one week to process.

Practice Schedule:
Week of Aug. 27th - 31st - Practice from 6 - 8 PM - every day

Starting week of Sept. 3rd - Practices from 5:30 - 7:30 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays
(no practices on Mondays or Fridays)

Thanks to all of you who turned in cookie dough orders and money tonight!  Tomorrow is the last day to turn in orders!  Any orders not turned in by the end of practice on Friday will NOT go in....  Thank you!

Food!  Thanks to those of you who brought food to practice!!  We will also collect tomorrow at practice!  If you still would like to bring some to the Jamboree, they will collect food there as well.

Thanks to Holden's mom, Marci, and her friend, Holly, for volunteering at the food drive on Saturday!!

Jamboree Info:
Please have your player at Kiggins Bowl on Saturday at 1 PM suited up and ready to go.  We are meeting at the practice field inside the stadium.  Pictures are at 2 PM - I will have a couple of blank order forms just in case.  Game is at 3 PM on the West end of the field.  The game will last about 20 minutes.  Socks!  Several parents asked about socks for the Jamboree & pictures - white or black socks are fine.

T-Shirts & Sweatshirts!  Orders are due by September 1st - I will collect orders from now until the end of our game on the 1st (not sure of times yet as we are still waiting for schedules).

Good morning!
Jerseys were handed out last night at practice as well as picture packets!
Extra picture packets will be at practice tonight as well as at pictures on Saturday.

T-Shirt/Sweatshirt & Decal Order forms will be handed out tonight at practice.  T-Shirt/Sweatshirt orders are due by September 1st to Traci.  Please make checks out to Alpha.  The decal orders are mailed directly to the company.

Jamboree is this Saturday!
Still looking for 2 volunteers to help at the food drive from 2 - 3 PM at Kiggins (our game starts at 3).  Our Sharks need to be at the field at 1 PM (for line up, warm up, etc.) and pictures are at 2 PM.  Please let me know if you can help out!

Pictures/Food Drive/Jamboree at Kiggins Bowl on Saturday, August 25th

Our Sharks Picture time is at 2:00 PM - Please arrive with your player completely suited up, picture packet filled out (you will get those this week), and ready for pictures at 1:00 PM.  This will give us time to get everyone in line for the picture.

Our Sharks Jamboree Game is at 3:00 PM.  We are playing on the West End of the field.

I am still in need of 2 volunteers for the Food Drive on Saturday!

I figured this would be an easy way to communicate and post information for you!  Check back for updates!

**Food collected on Thursday/Friday will be delivered - if you have more to donate and/or didn't donate at practice, food can be brought to Kiggins Bowl upper area day of the Jamboree.

Schedule coming soon! You can plan for a game each Saturday (except Sept. 15th) for all of Sept and Oct.  Last year our games were scheduled between 9 AM and 2 PM.

Shark Fan Apparel:  Order forms coming soon!  T-shirts and sweatshirts will be for sale in kids and adult sizes!

Lanyards:  Once uniforms are passed out and we know each player's numbers, I will take orders for laminated lanyards (with player names and numbers). These are very helpful at games and we should be able to sell them for only $2-3 dollars each (cover the cost of lanyards and lamination).

Touchdown Can: For those of you new to CCYF, at each game the cheerleaders have a "Touchdown Can" that is passed around the stands every time our Sharks score.  The money collected goes towards the end of the season party (pay for food, rental, etc.) and is an easy way to donate a little each week.
